    Here at U-Fitness Academy, there is one mission; to create a movement that helps as many people become active and engage in fitness. There is no "one-size-fits-all" when it comes to a fitness routine, and our goal is to be a conduit to help as many people start off on the right track.

  • Intelligent Training

    As a college instructor for weight training, it is clear that a lot of people do not train with proper technique and form. These dysfunctional movement patterns will result in musculoskeletal injuries later on. There is an optimal, efficient, effective and safe manner to train our body's.

  • Support

    Ultimately, your success comes down to you finding the strength within you to accomplish your chosen course. U Fitness Academy is designed to help ensure your success. As your instructor, I am here to offer help and guidance to get you to your desired goal.

Welcome to U Fit Academy, I am your instructor for these courses. I have had the good fortune of being in the world of fitness most of my life, but like many, I can understand the difficulties of keeping health and fitness at the top of the priority list with all the other responsibilities that keep us busy. As to date, I am an adjunct instructor with Cecil College, as well as a Personal Trainer, Corrective Exercise Specialist (with National Academy of Sports Medicine) as well as a former certification instructor for the National Strength and Conditioning Assoc. My goal here is to reach out to as many people and help them incorporate fitness and exercise into their daily lives.
