This course is to help you establish the habit of incorporating a fitness routine into your busy schedule

  • Daily Wins

    The format of the 21 Day Fitness Challenge is to start small and establish daily wins to build upon each day the habits that will result in you achieving your larger goals.

  • Exponential Growth

    This challenge starts off with 1 exercise for 1 rep on the first day. The 2nd day is 2 exercises for 2 reps each. It continues each day for 21 consecutive days resulting in 21 exercises for 21 reps each.

  • Modifications

    These are all body weight exercises, but not everyone can complete all styles of each. Some exercises have one to two different modifications to allow for the most beginner exerciser to the more advanced version.

For Those Who Still Have More Questions

  • What if I can't do all the exercises?

    My first objective creating this course was to create body weight exercises that focused on maximizing the amount of muscles we use, but also making sure there were different versions (modifications) that allowed just about anyone to be able to complete the exercise.

  • What if I have an injury or limitation that prevents me from doing a specific exercise?

    This is why I have this set up as a "classroom" format. If you are unable to complete a specific exercise, whether it's due to a physical limitation or injury, you can message me and we can create a new exercise that you are able to complete.

  • Why do you charge a fee for this course?

    Few answers to this: First, I am not just getting people to sign up and then just wish them good luck. I am a Certified Personal Trainer, so I do know what I am doing here. I am checking the activity each day, answering questions that people have, and staying in contact to help keep people focused on completing this course. Once completed, a graduation t-shirt is sent out as a job well done gift.
